Let me get my jacket on just to look at the picture. Wow.
And some folks wonder why I live at the beach. High today, low 70s. Low tonight, low 60's. Clear skies with a gentle onshore breeze.
Yeah I don't see why anyone would want to live in the northern states.
Watched some YouTube videos of native peoples living in Siberia, Russia. Negative -25 C to -70 C degrees during winter
No thank you. In the summer they have "mosquito tornados", like something out of a horror movie. WTF

^^^Good, we are full up.
My only complaint about Arizona is that the drive to the beach is too far. I'd rather walk.
I have to ask what kind of silo is that what is stored in it I have been in and on top of quite a few and never seen that much equipment on top of one

My whole life I've lived in states bordering Canada. Montana, ND, Minnesota. Seen 40 below temps for a week in International Falls MN once. You get used to it but the vehicles don't. I hate starting my pickup when it's so cold the seat foams hard and the engine sounds like it has rocks in it with the power steering whining and sluggish and the water pump bearing equals. Then you pull out and the flat spot on the bottom of your tire clunks until they warm from friction and get round again. My jumper cables and tow chain are on the back seat until spring now.
I may be called a lot of things, but one thing they won’t be calling me is a snow bunny
I remember those years in MN.
I'm not sure which is worse, the COLD or living in a liberal state that is constantly trying to make my life safer and more expensive...

Wow…I remember as a Boy Scout sleeping outside, in a tent next to a frozen lake in northern NJ, it was -20 degrees below zero. That was cold!
Sleeping in the cold is actually pretty easy it is working in it that is the tough part... it only gets what I consider really cold down here a couple times a year (low 20's or teens) and that is not a problem for me sleeping out side. I sleep on a screened in porch pretty much year round... most difficult part is I had to design a way to keep the CPAP machine warm ... it's wrapped in a heating pad that is on a thermostat and when the temp drops below about 40 comes on.
I grew up in Ohio and hate the cold. So, in the USAF I worked the flightline in windy cold Kansas lucky me.
OK I'm done with that. Now my job sends me to work outside during winter in Canada, China, South Korea, and Russia.
I went from 75 in Houston to -30 the next day in Russia.
Did I tell you I hate cold weather and anything below 70F is cold weather?
