Well, just when I thought spring might finally be here we got dumped on. A couple of hours ago I measured 16" of new, heavy, wet snow and it's still snowing. It is starting to resemble the winter of 2001 when I had 65" of snow on my garden at the beginning of April. Can't even see out of several windows in the house. I think some of our friends in Maine might have gotten even more snow out of this storm. Tomorrow I will be moving snow again. :roll:

Few seasons ago we had 128 in of snow for the season. My buddy Brown keeps track each storm. Take a ride to Brownsville tomorrow to see him Im pretty sure we have more than that, could be a record breaker. Come on spring I have had enough, Not only that it's also been colder than normal and the wood pile getting low.

Some seriously strange weather everywhere. We had 3.84" of rain yesterday alone. Nothing like what those near the Mississippi are seeing but unusual. Suddenly this evening we had a sudden snow. Lasted about three minutes and in that time dumped about a 1/4" on the porch. The sun was also brightly shinning.

We traditionally get a big dump within a week of Easter. One year we got 3-4 inches and it had melted by noon.
