Speed six specs

So am considering a speed six, specifically for use in IDPA as a BUG gun. But dispite my googlefoo am unable to find the width & height measurements.

Does anyone have a link or can measure their speed six for me?

greetings and welcome to the Forum, as for your question, I would NOT advise anyone to buy a defense gun that is "out of date, service,or parts NOT available..." way too many other guns out there , even in the Ruger line for what you want to do...so unless you already own one, have it and any "spares" or "spare parts", check what's out there..." Currently made and supported"....I happen to like the GP100 in a 3 in, MY favorite, and like 'butts",,,,,, we all have one 8) :roll: :wink:

Uhh, Dan,, he's after it as a IDPA back up gun.
My only Speed-Six is in 9mm.

From the top of the front sight, to the bottom line of the grip is approximately 5".
From the back of the grip to the line of the barrel intersection it's approximately 7-3/4" on my 2-3/4" barreled gun.
