Anybody replaced the spring in the slide to make the slide a drop softer. Maybe it is the gun is small, LC9s but it seems hard to pull back the slide.

How long have you had it and have you cleaned it well? Mine was pretty stiff out of the box but after a good cleaning and a couple of range sessions it feels pretty normal.

I'd be really hesitant to go to a softer spring in a defensive pistol, especially one this small. Softer spring means more felt recoil which can lead to more tendency to limp wrist (this is the only pistol I've come close to limp wristing...it really surprised me when I realized what I was doing because I usually shoot .357 and .40). A soft spring can also affect how reliably it goes into battery.

Just my $.02...

As long as you're able to operate the slide without huge difficulty and the gun is functioning normally I wouldn't go to a weaker spring. Chances are it will still loosen up a little more and even if it doesn't you really don't want to have issues with a carry weapon. Also, you say you've shot 50 rounds, I'm assuming that was a box of inexpensive "target" ammo. If you're carrying this, make sure you shoot it with the defensive ammo you are using, too. I know it's expensive stuff but you really don't want to find out the gun doesn't like the ammo you're carrying in it the hard way...also...you want to see where your defensive ammo is going to hit as it often will not be all that close to where the target stuff is.
