OMG what a crock. At this moment they're making a big deal of "soil conductivity". Anyone who has ever used an electric fence knows that soil conductivity is the principal on which the high voltage fence shocks livestock.

Yes, I have a monitor on the wire that lights up with every pulse. Our fence charger runs at about 10K volts when the weather's dry and most certainly repels coyotes. One neighbor used an "igniter" from an old LP gas grain dryer as a fencer but it kept melting insulators and setting the grass afire. Another used a similar device until it cracked a porcelain insulator and set his barn afire. Those things were dangerous.
Grandson and I watched most of the show just to see what else they used to "justify the existence" of so-called extraterrestrial forces. It was a testament to just how gullible the public has become. I told GS what was going to result from some of the "experiments" before it happened and sure enough, static electricity follows the same principles there as it will anywhere else. Smoke and mirrors, side show magic tricks, and outright fact bending--that's the basis of the TV show. I can't wait to see what they come up with next.

I seen the title and turned it on after it started. Not knowing if it was part 1 or not. It was stupid. Like other reality shows, they take non actors and try to create drama and suspense. It failed for me. I really criticize the nut who was said to be the site security, wearing all black in the hot sun, he did not know how to wear a gun belt properly. He looked like it was the first time for him. Carrying a ASP, taser and handcuffs? besides a handgun without an extra magazine, ( at least I did not see one). Really he is going to fight and handcuff people who come by? Another person thinks it looks cool to copy cops carry gear, but failed.
Yea, have someone for site security, many shows do and you never see them.

As a trained scientist (BS and a Thesis based MS in biological fields and 20+ years working in the field), I find most "scientists" make errors in field design ot interpretation. "Reality TV Shows" are even worse!

I once watched a "wildlife biologist" on a bigfoot show identify a herd of elk as deer. She (same woman) also identified a 4 legged heat signature as a person or possible bigfoot (?)

I watched a bigfoot show a time or 2 and laughed every time the experts gave details on how they live, their family structure, what they eat, how they hunt, how they commutate and what they are commutating. But they cannot find them, I wonder why?
