Single Six sight change....22 and .32

Many a moon ago I changed the sights on my Single Six .22lr/wmr. Absolutely love the sights and now that I have a couple of Single Six revolvers in .32H&R Mag, I should be able to do the identical sight changes on these than I did on the .22, right? Barrel diameters and frames appear identical.
