I have a single six .17HMR/.17M2 convertible hunter with 7.5 inch barrel. It is my understanding that Ruger did not make very many of these. Could anyone here give me an idea of what these are worth? It is quite a few rounds through it, but it is in excellent condition.

I am considering selling it and getting a Single Ten in .22LR to replace it.

Thanks

Approximately 250 of these guns were made. I have one as well.
A used one, w/o the box & papers will bring less than a nice condition LNIB.
I have seen them sell for about $875 for a used one before.

Six or seven years ago, I had one of those in my hand. The owner bought it and then didn't like it, so he was offering it, new in the box, for $350. I passed, thinking this was going to be a classic turkey.

Lucky my knees bend only one way. I would be kicking myself in the rear end for being stupid.
