Single Six Grips Question

I have a Single Six Hunter Serial 264-652XX that has replacement grips. If I read the Ruger website correctly that makes it a 2005 production. I am planning on replacing thegrips with originals. Can you guys put me on the right track for the correct grips, black laminates or walnut?

You can just call Ruger and give them the Serial #, they can tell you what grips they put on it originaly, and at the same time tell you if they have a replacement set in stock.

I think that all the Single Six Hunters came with the Black Laminate grips. They are available through Ruger's website.

The black laminate grips are on both my single six hunters.
