Single Action Transfer Bars

According to the parts numbers the transfer bars in the Single Six and the large frame revolvers are different.My question is how different are they?I need a transfer bar for a Single Six that is longer than the one in the gun now;can I modify a bar for the large frame guns to fit the Single Six?

Obviously. The cylinder frame on the New Model Single-Six is smaller than the cylinder frames on the New Model Blackhawk/Super Blackhawk. The transfer bars MUST be longer on the larger cylinder frames. They are quite inexpensive and a used example would most likely be perfectly fine.

The "conversion kit" transfer bars are a different beast all together and aren't what you need.
