Long story short, Ruger came through as expected. Replacement LCR Crimson 38 in hand. I guess the next comment is fitting of my belief in the company and their products: Dad was looking for a pocket carry to accompany him on long-distance motorcycle rides - I went out and purchased him a LCR 38 with Crimson yesterday.
