Any Saiga rifle/shotgun owners here? Let's see what you have, what you modified!
I'll start: this is my Saiga 308. It's actualy her's 4th incarnation: it started with the regular ugly hunting stock and FCG moder rearwards. After I converted it to the regular AK setup, I put a pseudo-PSL stock and wooden handguard on it. Not bad, not great. Next, I dressed it all up in Fab (Mako) accessories. What a junk. It went off it after one range trip and I was lucky to sell it.
Latest setup is here: Hogue grip (love those! Every AK should have one!), SGM polymer handguard (not as great as it looks, but not bad for the price), Polish Beryl AK collapsible stock (highly recommend it!), Harris bipod, POSP 6x24 scope. Needs better trigger group yet (by now I have the original one that I modified and welded a new trigger tongue on it).

My AK is not a Saiga. I have at courses gotten to fire some. The shotguns are awesome weapons ! stevemb

I have the Saiga 20 Gage Shot Gun! I have to say that is one of the most fun guns to shot. I purchased my first one 12 years ago & when I went home to Montana to a family get together which always includes alot of shooting I pulled that out & started shooting it! Well I have purchased 3 more since for the family! We just call it the skunk gun! It shoots very well @ clay's. Great old gun!

I have two Saiga-12 shotties - one converted and the other a "Hunter" model - no pics. Great weapons and a lot of firepower with a 20 rnd drum.

Don't have a Saiga but see you have one of those Russian scopes was wondering how well you like it and how accurate it is? been thinking about getting one for my AK, are they worth buying?

I'm not too experienced in scoped shooting, so I may not be the right person to ask. I got this one for free (won it at another forum) and it actualy made me to buy a rifle under it :)
I think they are extremely durable and go well with AKs. They go on/off the rifle easily and hold zero well. Never heard anyone complaining about their quality. I think they're just fine for their purpose - to be on an AK, PSL or SVD platform. They may not be the right choice for olympic level of fine sniper rifle, but are great for military level of marksmaship, hunting and range fun.
