If you order one, here's a couple of things to consider...

The website shows the mesh material for the shoulder harness. They used to be made of suede, and are still available that way. That's my preference.

Also, for vertical use, the holster does need the hold down, which is an extra cost.

And...Tell them you want the repeat-customer discount.

Back in the 1970's I carried a 7 1/2 inch Ruger Super Blackhawk in a Bianchi shoulder holster.

It doesn't fasten in the back.

Assuming you're right-handed...Put your left arm thru the harness. The strap goes across the back and base of your neck, passing across the opposite shoulder, then down to your belt.
