will be hosting a private shoot for

SAFETY BRIEFS: 3PM Friday & 9AM & NOON Saturday
1st FLIGHTS 4pm Friday & 10am Saturday,
RAIN OR SHINE
Bring 10 Boxes of Ammo, A Small Door Prize, and A Pot Luck Dish

Event Cost is a suggested 75.00 for early sign up prior to 1 Aug and 100.00 for late sign up. (an unheard of bargain for a 250 bird match)
Tickets are transferable but not refundable


The Days Events Will Be:

3pm - Friday Intro/Waivers/Gun Insp.
4pm - Field 1 & 2 Open for squading
6pm - Open kitchen. Fend for yourselves
7-10pm - Night Birds

9am - Saturday Intro/Waivers/Gun Insp.
10am - Shooting Begins
Box 1 = 16yd ATA Trap
Box 2 = 21yd Handicap Trap
Box 3 = Skeet
Box 4 = Turkey Shoot/Polish duck blind
Box 5 = Annie Oakley
Box 6-10 = Shooters Choice
12 Noon = Lunch
5pm - Shoot offs and awards
7pm - club 60 in town

You always schedule this to occur when I'm up in Minnesota keeping the world safe from rampaging Ruffed Grouse. Contender does the same thing...... I'm beginning to think nobody likes me.

my schedule is based solely on 3rd cut in the hay fields. being I live in va....and travel to mo to do it....its the only time my range is open to guests. if I lived there it would be different.
then again, not really, because when I had a farm hand living there 24/7 for 7 years, we'd schedule it around everyone elses schedule and theyd cancel anyway.
after a while, I felt like a ping pong ball...so I had no other choice than to change it to...my way or the highway.
I use to invite over 27 wesbites and every one of them told me about their hunting schedules.
so I came to the conclusion that hunting was more important than befriending me and my wife with a private invite to my farm and just accepted it.
animals win.
and it hasn't changed to this day.
im sure the RF crew knows how hard it is to get a crowd all in one place with their RF meet.
try doing it when you live 1200 miles from the range.

May: 1st Cut Open. 50 Trap 27yd Handicap Only. Any gun.
June: No Excuses Open. 50 Low Gun Doc Adams.
July: 2nd Cut Open. 50 Low Gun Old Rule Skeet. Guns With Buttplates Only. (Rusty, Worn Finish Brown Guns encouraged.)
Aug: No Sweat Open. 50 27yd Annie Oakley Trap. 2 Misses and Out.
Sept: 3rd Cut Open. 50 poor mans 5 stand.
Oct: Harvest Open. 50 Skeet, Doubles Only
Nov: The Guns Fault Open. 25/25 Same Gun Skeet and Trap. Fixed Choke.
Dec: Antifreeze Open. 50 Doc Adams. All bore, 2 shots allowed.
