What we have here is a bunch of shaving equipment for anybody who uses a double edged razor, or who is just starting out, or perhaps just thinking about it...

Remember those Gillette commercials from the Friday night fights back when? You don't? Well, just don't let on...

Here's what the lucky winnah will get:
One double edged razor, handle made of turned Koa wood, head by Edwin Jagger. Very nice piece.

A synthetic brush, Plissoft style 55mm knot, turned resin faux tortiseshell handle. Used 2 or 3 times, cleaned with Dawn detergent...if it's good enough for an oil-soaked pelican, it's good enough for you!

Blades, in packs of 5:
1pack Derby
1 pack Derby Premium
2 packs Lord
1 pack Astra SP...my personal favorite
1 pack Dorco
1 pack Shark

All are stainless steel double edged blades.

1 puck of Williams shaving soap- decent inexpensive soap no longer being manufactured. People are spending silly amounts for this stuff, which I cannot see ...oh well.

I've been using an Edwin Jagger safety razor with Derby, Feather, Wilkinson Sword and a few other brand blades for years.
My favorite is the Feather brand, extremely sharp and smooth shave. Awesome shaving setup.

Yes, please put me in. For years I had a full beard but now that I'm an old man, I shave every day! When I've tried to grow it out, it looks nice, but I always feel like I look like Gabby Hayes!

I switched to double edged 6 years ago because disposable razors were too expensive. Since then I've spent less than $15 total on blades.

I could use an upgrade. I'm still using Dad's old adjustable Gillette and my first razor, a single-blade Gillette for trim work. I also still use his Old Spice shaving mug and the brush is probably older than me.
