Those could well have been the original factory grips. Towards the end, the Security Six revolvers were offered more and more with the target grips.

The one thing that stands out to me however, is the figure and finish of your grips is nicer than any I've ever seen.

This is what I expect to see with Ruger original target grips.

They look correct.
But.....even if not they seem to fit well.
And....the 2 other styles of grips that may have come on it are plentiful and cheap.

Those are always good guns to have.

If your gun letters as RDA-34HT, then the grips are correct.
Looks like somebody may have put some oil on them.
