SS .357 Security six 6" Original holster, manual and original grips. Grips on the gun are easier to hang on to.
This sweetheart was born in 1978. Good as new!!

Gotta love it! My Rugers are the only DA revolvers I own that I know I'll never have to worry about.....

Due to someone casting a Ruger voodoo spell on me... my collection keeps growing.

My 6" blue steel security was born about same time as yours. It will soon have a son. A new 6" blue steel GP100. :P

I had a 4" stainless Security Six about the same time yours was born. I miss it more than any of the other centerfires I used to own. The crane latch on the GP-100 is an improvement, but they should have kept the Security Six grips!

They are an old stock Jay Scott set that I looked for along time. Sometimes they show up on e-bay or gunbroker but are getting expensive for the 150 series. I like them alot.

Include me in as far as a Six fan. I have had my Police Service Six 4 inch the longest of any of my handguns. Still shoots well even with all the rounds it has seen.
Regards,
Howard

Ruger .357's.......Can't bust 'em! :D

I like guns I never have to mess with.......I tried to get into Colts recently and read all about people having to fit new hands every 10,000 rounds or so, and I was like "ooooo no way" so I bought more security trade-in Service Sixes......
