Rush Limbaugh passed this morning

I feel the same way, it was wonderful back in '91 when I found someone on the radio that agreed with me. His show was always both informative and entertaining.

What a gut punch  I, too, have listened to him since about '91. He was my favorite by a long shot.

My liberal sister came down for a visit about 3 years ago. She said she listened to a man on the radio and agreed with almost everything he said. I asked he who he was and she said Rush Limbaugh. She'd heard of him but didn't know much about him.

What a terrible loss. Rest in Peace, Rush. Thanks for telling it like it is.

+1 on all of the above. This is a very sad day for America.

But we should rejoice that he lived, and all the good that he did.

Thanks, Rush. You will never be forgotten.

That is exactly how I feel. Been listening to Rush since I was in my 20s. The world is truly diminished without him in it. Rest in peace brother.

Hi,

A little bit of Rush went a long way for me, but he usually had some interesting things to say whenever I did tune him in for a few minutes. And he fought a good fight with the cancer. RIP, Sir.

We lost Walter Williams late last year, too. Both Rush and Walter were great voices for conservative thought. They’ll be difficult to replace. God be with the families of both.

I prayed that RUSH would beat the cancer; I have listened to him since the mid 90's and found him to be ON TARGET with all his opinions.
Rest In Peace Rush; you will be missed !

He always emphasized "I only say what you think."
The Liberals never found anyone to counter him or had his appeal.

This is awful news for sure. Really wish Trump was in the White House so Rush could get the recognition he deserves.
so true, but he will get tremendous 'recognition' as it is, he has a lot of fans and followers...RIP

Here we have the latest euphemism meaning some one has died. This is a speedier version for "passed away." Some may say he "expired" which is a good way to say "his time was up." And just recently I overheard some one say "he became deceased." Of course the phrase "he's no longer with us" is still heard.

What's wrong with saying "he died?" The Bible says "It is appointed to man once to die........."

I'm sure Rush is among friends now--Ronald Reagan, William F. Buckley, Milton Friedman, Antonin Scalia, and Walter Williams, among others.
