Just picked up my SR762 Friday and noticed they are sending DPMS metal mags instead of the Magpul mags. They did have a sheet of paper in the box stating they were doing this-so it wasn't something done at the store or distributor. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Yes, the PMags were not feeding reliably thus the switch.

I have had an SR762 for about a month; it came with Gen 3 PMags. I have put 300 round thru it with a malfunction of any kind. Great gun.

I have some metal mags with a metal follower, I think I got them from Fulton Armory. I'd guess they are DPMS but am not sure but would like to find more.
