I can't imagine the results would be all that great. From what I've heard, even rifle length barrels have problems stabilizing this stuff. Combine the low velocities from the short SR22 barrel with the rifling twist and "theoretically" there's little hope of accuracy.

No, but the ballistics don't look good for a short barrel. Subsonic (~950fps) even out of a 20" barrel.
