The 4" full lug is the most common.
I'd guess it's a toss up between the 4" half lug and the 2" IF I go by sales listings. Could just be that folks are holding on to their 4" half lugs more than they are the 2".
My guess is that the 2" is the least common as it made the least sense when it was new. One could get a Smith or Taurus with 8 or 9 shots in the same size piece.
Ruger has not released production figures so, at this time, we really don't know for sure.
