Ruger Scout Reload data request

Does anyone have an accurate load for a Ruger Gunsite Scout 308 Winchester with 150 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip bullets and Hornady 178 gr AMAX bullets?

Hello,

Well, I have done some reloading for my scout.

I have had great luck with my rifle and it seems to shoot everything fairly well.

I loaded 125 and 150 Nosler BT.

My 150 grain load:
IMR 4064 44.0 grains
COAL: 2.800

My 125 grain load:
IMR 4895 44.0 grains
COAL: 2.790

I was using Federal LRP and assorted brass.
I use a LEE factory crimp die as well.

Now, I just mounted an XS rail on my scout along with a conventionally mounted scope and zeroed it. I thought I grabbed a box of 150 grain Hornady reloads for the zero but when I arrived at my shooting spot, it turns out that it was 180 grain Hornady SST's. They shot great!

Thanks for the overview. I had to load with IMR 4350, 47 grains on Hornady 178 gr AMA. I can't find IMR 4064 or IMR 4895 anywhere.

I understand your situation. Locating powder can be hit and miss. I am lucky to several locations in the Phoenix valley that carry powder so I can been able to locate product. I will say that I can not find Reloader 7 at all.

The load I was using for the group in the picture is:

Hornady 180 SST
IMR 4064 39.5 grains
Fed 210 primers
