I have had great luck with my rifle and it seems to shoot everything fairly well.
I loaded 125 and 150 Nosler BT.

IMR 4064 44.0 grains

My 125 grain load:
IMR 4895 44.0 grains
COAL: 2.790
I was using Federal LRP and assorted brass.
I use a LEE factory crimp die as well.
Now, I just mounted an XS rail on my scout along with a conventionally mounted scope and zeroed it. I thought I grabbed a box of 150 grain Hornady reloads for the zero but when I arrived at my shooting spot, it turns out that it was 180 grain Hornady SST's. They shot great!
I understand your situation. Locating powder can be hit and miss. I am lucky to several locations in the Phoenix valley that carry powder so I can been able to locate product. I will say that I can not find Reloader 7 at all.
