I have noticed that the firing pin strikes are kind of light and the recoil spring doesn't chamber the first round at all. Can I replace these three springs with more powerful and stronger springs from an aftermaket supplier? And should I do this at all? Thank you.

Does the firing pin make the round go off? If so, why worry? You may have a bunch of dirt in the firing pin hole that just needs cleaned?

What do you mean the spring doesn't chamber the first round? You control the slide on the first round so maybe you are not letting it go full force?

Not a gunsmith but that is my 2 cents.

Try releasing the slide with the stop only and see if it chambers the round OK if so then you are most likely slowing the slide as you try to load the first round.
