RUGER NO.1 25-06

Hi........I am new to the forum and have a question. I have a Ruger No. 1 single shot in 25-06 with an unusual barrel. The barrel is tapered and octagon. did ruger ever make one of these???? Thanks Mike

No, Ruger didn't, but Heym in Germany did (not sure if they ever did a 25-06 though)
More than likely it's a custom gun.
