Picked this up recently. Apparently very rare. Potato Farmer said he only has 2 others recorded. If it's been fired I can't tell, super clean.

Any long action flat bolt is rare, 25-06 by itself is rare but in V configuration it's incredibly rare.

Is the rarity because it is a V?

The rarity is because it is a long action flatbolt. And even more of an oddity because it is a long action with a Varmint barrel.
