I have a Ruger model 44 International (Mannlicher stock) that dates to 1966 and is in 95% original condition. I'm looking for a current market value on it. Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks much!

I am a fan of the Ruger .44 Carbine as well as the Deerfield. You can get a pretty good idea of what they are going for on Gunbroker.com. The Mannlicher stock does not bring a premium. If you post a good pic I can give you my own personal opinion of the value. Everything depends on condition. 95% doesn't give me enough information.

Actually the mannlicher stock does bring a premium at least 50 percent. Last One I watch on gunbroker was a solid 95 percent gun maybe a touch better. Was about a month ago. Went for a bit over 1300.Which is the high end of the range as of late of 1100 to 1300. A standard carbine in true 95 percent will bring 700 to 800 as of late. My truly perfect unfired mannlicher set me back 900 about ten years ago.

There are also a few 44 Internationals and fingergroove Sporters that were factory checkered.

A non-Mannlicher just sold on GB for $1875. Perhaps I should have said they are not popular instead of not a premium.
