I think I managed to screw it up by pulling out the latch and then putting it back behind a part of a part out of aliment, so now then the latch is back in place the bolt will not go all the way back and the latch will not swing out and free of the frame...now I know I can't be the only person to has that laps in not paying attention to what I was doing...how on earth will I get the latch to swing free to remove the
pin? I'm wondering that the hammer strut is not where it should be...? Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Pretty sure the fix for this was hold pistol firmly, muzzle down, pull trigger and "bang" it downwards onto a piece of wood or carpeted floor. This will get the hammer all the way forward and free up the hammer strut. May have to do this a couple times. I guess pointing the pistol down pulling trigger and tapping the back of the frame with plastic or hard rubber hammer would also work. Maybe someone else can give a better solution.

That's one solution and it will work in this situation. You can also do all the same things, except banging the muzzle onto a block of wood, and instead tap the back of the bolt with a piece of wood to move the hammer forward for disassembly. Either way will do the job.
