Ruger Lunch Box

I have never seen one of these Ruger Lunch boxes before. Does anyone have any information about when they were produced and who they were offered too?

Pretty sure that is a cooler, not a lunchbox. Not being picky, just think it may help with the information search. I will say that this one looks like an oldie compared to what they sell now.
