I have nearly the same holster. Mine was made for the SP101. It is a little loose with my S&W M37 and my Taurus M94, but not bad. I am not crazy about the clip-on holsters, they move around too much. The SP101 is several ounces heavier than the other 2 and likes to tilt forward all the time. The lighter ones do not move nearly as much.
Being a cheap so-and-so, I have bought several holsters with clip-ons, and like none of them. The nylon holsters with the plastic clips are the worst of the worst. Whatever gun you buy, buy a good holster for it. You, and your gun, will be happier.
