Well, I would be inspired to comment if I could see a picture. :p

You have a wonderful rifle. I have had a blue version in 308 and 243 and they shot very well. Tend to heat up if bench shooting and groups get bigger. For hunting, I think it would be outstanding at ranges less than 250. Thats just me thinking about how I would use it. My Number 1's in 7x57 always liked the heavier bullets with best groups coming from the 165 to 175 grain bullets.

I've got one. It shoots 140's to 175's well. Here in the Carpathians I will be using it for driven boar hunts using S&B 173 grain loads. It'll shoot 3 shots into an inch, however I did free float the barrel from receiver to end cap. I'll never get rid of this one. RJ
