Ruger Guide 30-06 Question

Do you guys know if the guide gun barrel profile is different from the All-Weather standard?

I’m toying with putting a plastic fantastic on my guide gun for no particular reason.

Are you referring to the Ruger black synthetic stocks? Good ? I also have a guide gun in 30-06, nice guns but way too heavy for the caliber. I would think that they would fit but not just drop in. Pretty sure you would have to open the barrel channel but that shouldn't be too hard with the synthetic stock. The question would be how it would balance? muzzle heavy I would think. Like in really muzzle heavy.
