I had to send in my 22/45 due to it jamming. Sent it off on a Tues and had it back a week and a half later. Would have been a shorter turn around, however, I asked Ruger to hold onto it a few extra days until I returned from SHOT. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, just very pleased with the quick return.
 
Ruger customer service is top-notch. Dealt with them on two different guns. Highly satisfied with their response both times.
 
I bought a used Redhawk off a guy at a gunshow. Didn't notice the broken rear sight blade. Called them up and a week later a new complete assembly was in the mail, no charge. Nobody else does that. Joe
 
Excellent Ruger CS experience today, young lady very nice I spoke with, solved my problem quick!
 
Ruger has always had outstanding customer service. Unfortunately their customer service it is necessary far too often these days.
