Cruising the gun show today and came across this ashtray in the original cardboard plain package. Von Sylvester Ceramics out of Vermont. Any collector interest?

Those were made for the Ruger Collectors' Association. They were a set of four, with black or red eagles...two steins and two ashtrays. They quit making them because the maker was having a tough time with the red enamel during the firing process.

Neat ashtray and cool to get it with the box. I have one of the early "Test Models" that was offered for review and approval (the wording test model is under the glazing, before the firing process) - I was fortunate to get most of my memorabilia from an "older" Ruger Collector from the early days and he liked stuff like this.
