Anyone have one? I'm interested since I have a suppressor for 22 already. How does yours shoot?

Hello,

Yes, I have one of the American rifles in 22M with threaded barrel. I have had it about a month and have fired about 200 rounds. Thus far, I am completely satisfied. Mine is completely dependable and has a great trigger. Still trying to get out and figure out what ammunition works best.

Took mine out today and shot at 100 yards.

Shot Remington Premier Magnum 33 grain accutip-V

Shot CCI Maxi-Mag 40 grain total metal jacket.

Big difference in point of impact.

Remington grouped better and POI was 3 inches higher that CCI.

I have yet to try the Hornaday 30 grain V-Max.

Got the same one ordered, can't wait! Now to work on a lot of 22 mag ammo I've accumulated over the years, backyard coyotes, and a 22 suppressor to see how super sonic 22 mag ammo sounds.

Granted, I'm using a Savage 93, but it is a 22mag and I'm in Georgia at the time :D https://youtu.be/VupJ3i7NHO4

Finally received my Ruger American #8335 in 22 Mag! Shot a couple of Dynapoint rounds through the suppressor into ground closeby. No baffle strikes so looks like we are closer to coyote control. Got to mount a scope and sight in. I like the 'heavy' barrel contour. It's not much and the rifle is still light. Thank you Whittakers!
