Lack of demand. Nobody wants it.why doesn't Ruger produce an LC.30 SC?
It should be fine. The smaller caliber would allow a thicker chamber wall in the same size barrel. One possible reason is the greater chamber pressure of the 30 SC may not be compatible with the LC9S.
I don't see any advantage of a 30 SC over a 9mm in a single stack (LC9) pistol. Perhaps if it increased the capacity significantly there would be marketAs I understand it, the .30 Super Carry is the same length as a 9MM, so why doesn't Ruger produce an LC.30 SC? Or if they don't, is it feasible to convert the LC9S to LC .30SC? Maybe an aftermarket conversion?
