I went many years with a super single six as my only Ruger 22. Then a 77/22 was added about 3 years ago. About a year and a half ago, I stumbled on to a great deal on a very early standard pistol. For Christmas I got a 10/22 LBT. Last month I found a pawn shop old model single six for less than 2 bills. While picking it up last week, I put an old walnut 10/22 carbine and a 5" stainless mark II target on layaway for an even better deal. These things are going to take over my home if they keep breeding like this!

This has a very familiar sound to it. All I can say is congratulations!
You are becoming a proud father, enjoy your family. I sure enjoy mine.

My 3 new additions did pretty well in their first range outing today.

My 37 year old 10/22 did very well considering that it didn't seem to have ever been cleaned until this week. 10 rounds at 25 yards.
