Does anyone know what this is? Did it replace the model #1265 International that came out last year?

I've been trying to find a local shop that can get me a blued International model and I've had no luck thus far. And I don't feel like paying a local shop close to $100 for an out of state transfer (living in CA sucks!) so I'm hoping this might be easier to come by.
