I'm getting down to the nitty gritty small parts on a custom built RSI.
So I'm building up a No. 2 RSI, but without open sights. The muzzle cap (that's what Ruger lists it as) is designed to be around the front sight itself. This part will not work asthetically speaking for my build.
What I'm wondering is: did Ruger ever build any RSI's without open sights? I'm not sure if all forearm ends were the same diameter, but if if they did build something like this, it would be worth my time to investigate it further.
