My 44 mag Alaskan allows the rounds to slide back and forth in the cylinder. If you tip the gun back you can hear them click against the frame...except the one that is in battery. Is this normal? These are reloads that I shoot from my Marlin lever gun. 305 grain cast performance hard cast lead.

The headspace may be a bit on the excessive side. Some movement is fine.

You need to measure the movement.
