Replacement sights for MK IV

I would like to replace the iron sights on my MK IV Target with higher visibility sights. Have any of you got any suggestions?

Hi-Viz is also a good quality sight set. Ruger sells them too.

Black on black sights are difficult to deal with, especially when you confront a black bullseye. I haven't found "fiber optic" sights to be very helpful in some indoor ranges due to lack of ambient light.

A front sight insert and then a white-outline rear blade work much better for some.
