Single-Sixer
I have a like new stainless Service Six that has the slightest ejector rod wobble. It doesn't affect the operation, or opening or closing of the cylinder at all. It's a minor thing that I would like to correct. I have the replacement rod, just not the confidence that I wouldn't mar the the new rod on installation. Can anyone recommend a good gunsmith in the NC, east Tenn, or southern Va area that would treat this gun with kid gloves? From my reading it appears it's best to have a specialized tool to unscrew the rod from the cylinder, which I don't have of course. Thanks for any suggestions.
