The last 2 months have been interesting in that I was selling off some of my guns and wound up buying some Ruger 50's vintage pistols. While they are not super premium collectibles, they bring back the 50's for me.

Started out picking up a 1959 Blackhawk 44 mag Flattop;

Next up was a 1956 flat gate Single-Six.

And next is a fair condition shooter 1956 light weight Tri-color Single-Six

Last is a 1952 vintage Standard Auto with tapered ears bolt.

Wow ya done good

The Flattop is my birth year and who doesn’t love a tri-color!

Really cool to see you transition out of some Ruger items (I’ve bought some of your rifles in years past) and then find and acquire some really interesting 1950s Rugers. I like them all - very nice!!

LOVE the old Flattops---used to collect them---down to just two now---a really nice 4 3/4" 357 and one of the very last 44 Flattops made that was very professionally shortened to 4 3/4" sometime in it's past before it came to me... The 44 was my field companion (in a Ruger flap holster) for many adventures back in the day, when I was younger---I still shoot it from time to time... The 357 is far too nice to ever put in a holster---I shoot it occasionally and clean it carefully as it's truly in collector condition... Beautiful revolvers---made with care!
