[Mega Twin]

A few years ago,we had to have a custom shower door made to fit our old shower that
isn't a standard size.
We went with a local company who came out,measured and within a couple of weeks
they came and installed the door.All was well for a few months then the door would not close fully.
We called the company and they said they would send e service tech out shortly to check it out. After not hearing anything from them for another month we contacted them again and they requested pictures and we sent them to them the same day.
Another month went by and still no repair even tho the phone answer person said someone would be out.
At this time it had been nearly a year and I decided it was time to do a yelp review.
The first thing I stated in the review was the fact that I didn't expect it to be warranty,I was willing to pay and just wanted the door fixed.
The company called me the next day,said they were sending a crew out that afternoon,and it would be a no charge to me. They came and fixed the apologised for the mix up and all was good.
I went back on yelp and said that my issues were resolved,but didn't say what it took to get them fixed.

BTW Oreo is the best selling cookie brand in the United States and they are made by Kraft. Maybe someone would like a pack of the new Lady Gaga Oreo's.

I just by Publix store brand Fig Newtons. No problems.

Oh my gosh! Thanks to your response, I just spent thirty minutes reading about the history of Kraft, Nabisco, Heinz, Mondelez, and probably another twenty or thirty food companies. Seems like they merge, buyout, and gobble up each other in a never ending process. It appears that the part of Kraft that was snacks is now Mondelez. Since they dropped the name and became a separate entity, I probably would not call them Kraft, since they don’t. The other part is now Kraft Heinz, a separate company.
At least until all these giant multinational food and tobacco groups change things again.
Yep, you are right, very confusing. I think I will go have a cookie, homemade.
