Ok, what y'all have been waiting for. Got a Holosun HS510C for it yesterday, and just came in from sighting it in. 25yds, std 230grn ball range ammo. First shots low at bottom of target, then worked my way up. Last 6 shots in the Top bull. 9 ring is 2.25" dia. Not too bad from the bench. ;)

Which brings up the question, can it be fired with the stock folded?
Functionally yes, although you might loose a bit of skin from your thumb due to recoil if you aren't careful. I can't answer the legalities, but there are many folders out there and I've never heard of anyone being in trouble for firing while folded. :)

This is much like bump firing, which is legal; as opposed to using a bump stock which isn't. ATF may not like unassisted bump firing, but they also know there isn't a damn thing they can do about it.

The LC Carbine in 5.7 has the same ability/cautions... under current law, the minimum overall length of 26" is with the stock unfolded/extended, but it does have to be attached.
