Do you have to upgrade to a paid membership in order to post photos?

Unless something has just recently changed, there are NO fees to participate or post photo's here.
And...just in case you need help, there is a photo posting tutorial in the gallery section.

Photos MUST be stored somewhere else ONLINE.
then you add an image link in your post
