Question on Stainless .22

Did Ruger make a Stainless .22 LR revolver with a bird's head grip frame? I have a friend who is looking at one that is configured that way. It also has a .22 Magnum cylinder and imitation ivory grips.

I have never seen or heard of one. Sounds like a custom special. The grip frames will swap off a blackhawk.
