I've lost count of how many rounds I've put down my SR9c but after some inspection I felt the feed ramp needed a good polishing. Overall I'm very happy with the outcome. I'll hit up the range soon to make sure everything is feeding good.

i love to tinker. i gave been known to do things that really don'd even need to be done. never had a feed issue with my three SR series weapons but poilshed feed ramps anyway, and a few internals. changed a few springs to galloway parts. outcome has always been a better weapon.

I like to shoot a goodly number of smokey loads, enough to get some soot on the feed ramp. On most of my guns, there is just a narrow strip in the center of the ramp where the bullet rubs.

bought my sr9c for my wife and had nothing but failure to feed. She had so many problems she lost intrest in gun took it apart so many times, lube, no lube tried everything.Just about to send it back and somehow rubed my fingernail on feed ramp and had a micro scratch on my nail.Polished the ramp and have never had a problem since.Believe in polishing now!
