I know I'm just talking out loud here, but it's raining and it's nice and cool right now.

See, part of my problem is I cannot figure out why it's so much code to post one picture. This is what I copy and paste for each picture.

Is there this much when you post pictures from photobucket?

Haven't used PB in so long, I don't remember my password. According to a lot of members it doesn't work for them anyway. Going to need to find a new way to post pics soon. In the recent past I've made mention of things that would have been nice to post a pic! :(

problem I have with Photobucket is I can't copy the image link using Safari as my browser.... I can down load an image to there but can't copy it to paste here.

That's not good. Could it be a browser setting you could change to allow copying a image link?
Can you right click on the picture and hit "copy image location"?

I use Safari on my phone and cannot post pictures from my phone. Is Safari on Apple desktop computers as well? I'm sure Safari on phones is a simplified version of a desktop browser though.

When I post from PhotoBucket it is usually 2 lines of code and takes me about 6 tries to get it done. I keep thinking they want me to BUY the ad-free version but I have no confidence it would be any better.

There is no 'right' or 'left' click on my computer, never has been on any computer I've owned since 1983..... you are probably right, it probably is some setting in my browser... what I usually do is just do it from Firefox and bring it over to Safari.... I like Safari because my Mac's spell check works on it but not on Firefox... go figure... computers......

PB works for me ..... I use Firefox for this. Both Safari and Google Chrome won't one click copy the url but Firefox does.

Just one line produces the image. I can't quote the line because it will just show the image again!! :)

If your desktop or laptop computer has a mouse, you have right/left "click" available.

Laptops have the right/left "click" & mouse built into the keyboard, below the typewriter keys.

However, if a computer is hardwired into a user's tinfoil hat, there's no usable clicks available. ;)

FWIW

PB pic url(s) are easily copied after first isolating the desired pic (double-left-click on it), then "copy" (select from right click menu) the pic's direct url.

After the direct url is pasted (selected from right click menu only after 1st "copying") wherever, and properly bracketed - like: "
", the pic should propagate when the post is finished/ended.

Jimbo, I like your back-stop! Looks to be boxed from old cross-ties. Great idea for those of us whose land is mostly flat.
