Yeah that's what it was today! The new Cabela's in our area is right next to the newly opened "super" grocery store called Wegmans.
I picked up several bags of Starline .45 Colt brass along with more Hornady 250 gr. XTP bullets then wife and I went and checked out new super store. I got lost in the Produce area!!
Cabela's has a good selection of .45 Colt supplies more than other stores in my area and price wasn't bad either.
Didn't see any .454 Casull brass though but there were plenty of 300 gr. XTP bullets.

They were supposed to build a Cabelas very near my house. Just a couple miles away. They had already broken ground when Cabelas decided to pull out. I was really looking forward to having one in the area, much less right around the corner.

I heard that too. There is a Bass Pro off I-70 in Independence. Cabelas is building a store 10 mins away in Lee's Summit. The Cabelas west of KC has large selection of reloading supplies. Plus the Gun Library.

I have heard several times that Bass Pro bought Cabelas and if so it seems strange to me that they would build another Cabelas as close as Lee's Summit.
I live in Blue Springs about 5 miles east of Bass Pro.
Oh yes the Gun Library, now thats a really interesting place.

Bass has not bought Cabelas . . . at least not as of today. There's some talk Cabelas may sell off their credit card operation which is losing money. And there's still some talk of the sell out to Bass.
