here is my 1984 RS international i rescued from a pawn shop. when i found it the finish was flaked off bad. it had some china scope on it. i stripped it down and refinished with tru-oil and installed a 1 3/4x5 steel tube USA Burris scope. with my handloads it will shoot dime size groups.

Looks great No1s look best with gloss blue scopes. I've got a 1950s vintage Weaver 4 power on my RSI that was given to me by my great uncle in the 70s.
 
Nice gun congrats great find. Found one in 308 last year for step son his is aa shooter also.
