Pawl function

My Lipseys Bisley Blackhawk allow for back-rotating the spool to load the cylinder a little easier. My older Blackhawk has to be load one, skip one, etc...

How much trouble is it to convert the old (new model) Blackhawk to the new function?

What parts would I need?

Where can I get them?
